Why there's no free tier
Worth explaining, because "free" was the reason a lot of stores used Stocky in the first place.
Replinish reads a year of your order history, keeps it current as orders arrive, and recomputes every product's forecast overnight. That work costs the same whether an account is in daily use or was installed once and forgotten. A permanent free tier means paying merchants subsidise dormant ones, and the usual result is either a rising price or a product that quietly stops being maintained.
A 14-day trial is long enough to see a real reorder cycle, which is the only test that matters. After that the price is low, flat, and cancellable from a screen you already have open.
Is it worth $29 a month?
The honest answer is that it depends on one number: what a stockout costs you. If a bestseller running dry for two weeks costs you a few hundred pounds in sales you will never see, the subscription pays for itself the first time it catches one.
If you have fewer than a hundred products, short lead times, and you already know your catalogue by heart, it probably is not worth it, and the inventory tools in your Shopify admin will do. We would rather tell you that now than take a month's money for it.
Questions about pricing and billing
How much does Replinish cost?
Replinish has two plans. Flow is $29 a month and covers one location and up to 500 products. Swell is $79 a month and adds unlimited products, per-location planning, reports, and advanced alerts. Both include a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a free trial but no free tier. Every account costs us money to run whether or not it is used, and a permanent free tier would mean charging paying merchants to subsidise dormant ones. We would rather keep the paid price low and honest.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through Shopify's Billing API, so Replinish appears on your existing Shopify invoice, there is no card to enter separately, and no payment ever leaves the Shopify platform. You can cancel from your Shopify admin at any time, and the charge stops at the end of the billing period.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Replinish is month to month with no annual commitment. This is deliberate: several established tools in this category require a twelve-month contract with no trial, which is a large bet on software you have not used yet.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick Flow or Swell to carry on. If you do nothing, the account lapses rather than silently billing you. Lapsed trial accounts are offboarded and their data purged on a schedule, so export anything you want to keep before then.
Which plan should I start on?
Start on Flow if you have one location and fewer than 500 products. Start on Swell if you sell from more than one location, since per-location planning is the difference that actually matters, or if your catalogue is larger. You can change plans at any time from inside the app.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time and on either plan. Products, forecasts, suppliers, and purchase orders all export. Leaving should be as easy as arriving, and a tool that makes leaving awkward is telling you something about its confidence.
Do you charge extra for more orders or more sales?
No. The price is the price. There are no per-order fees, no usage charges, and no percentage of revenue.
