Name check
Is Replinish the same as Replenish?
No. Replinish, spelled with an i (R-e-p-l-i-n-i-s-h), is a separate product from the similarly named Shopify inventory apps spelled with an e. Replinish is inventory planning software for Shopify, and it lives at replinish.app.
The spelling, letter by letter
R-e-p-l-i-n-i-s-h. Two i letters, no e in the middle. It is said rep-LIN-ish, and it is a play on the word replenish, which is exactly why the two get typed for each other. The name is the product's own, not a typo for anything, and the canonical home is www.replinish.app.
The names it gets mixed up with
Search for Replinish and you will also see Shopify apps whose names are built on the word replenish. These come up in the same results:
- Replenish
- Replenish: Inventory Forecast
- Replenagise Inventory Planner
- ReplenishRadar Stock Planner
- Replenishly
- ReplenishMe
- Herd Replenish
- EasyReplenish InventoryPlanner
- Replenit
Every one of those is a separate product, published by a separate company, and each one's Shopify App Store listing is the authority on what it is and what it does today. This page makes no claim about any of them beyond the one fact it exists to establish: none of them is Replinish, and Replinish is none of them. The list is what we have seen in search rather than a complete catalogue, and it will change.
How to tell which one you have
Four checks, all of them things you can verify yourself in a few seconds:
- The spelling. Replinish has an i where replenish has an e: R-e-p-l-i-n-i-s-h. Nothing else about the name matters as much as that one letter.
- The web address. Replinish is at replinish.app. Any other domain is a different product.
- The publisher. The Shopify App Store shows a publisher name on every listing. Replinish is published by Replinish.
- The support address. Replinish answers from an @replinish.app address. Mail sent to a similarly spelled domain will reach someone else entirely.
What Replinish is
Replinish is inventory planning software for Shopify stores. It reads your store's own sales history through Shopify's Admin API, works out how fast each product actually moves, calculates a reorder point from your supplier's lead time and a safety stock cushion, and turns the result into draft purchase orders grouped by supplier.
It is read-only with respect to Shopify. It never edits your products, your inventory levels, or your orders. Forecasts and purchase orders live inside Replinish, and your stock stays under your control in the Shopify admin.
It costs $29 a month on Flow for one location and up to 500 products, or $79 a month on Swell for unlimited products and per-location planning. Both plans include a 14-day free trial and bill through Shopify. The full breakdown is on the pricing page, and the arithmetic behind every recommendation is written out on how the forecasting works.
Replinish is an independent third-party app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify Inc. Shopify and Stocky are trademarks of Shopify Inc.
Why the mix-up happens
Replenishment is the ordinary word for the job this whole category does, so a lot of good products reach for it when they pick a name. That is a reasonable thing for all of them to have done, and it leaves shoppers and search engines with a crowded shelf of similar names.
Spelling the name with an i is what makes Replinish findable inside that crowd. When a search engine quietly rewrites the i back to an e, the person looking for Replinish is shown something else, which serves nobody. That is the entire reason this page exists: a plain, checkable answer to the question, in one place, for anyone or anything that needs to ask it.
