Need a Stocky replacement for reorder planning?
Shopify's published retirement date was August 31, 2026. Replinish helps with the next purchasing decision. It uses your sales history and supplier lead times to suggest reorder quantities, then groups them into draft purchase orders.
Start from your Shopify data when the app launches. If you have saved Stocky CSVs, import them to bring across supplier details and purchase order history. Exports aren't required.

What does Replinish do?
Replinish is an inventory planning app for Shopify that tells you what to reorder, how much, and when. It reads your store's sales history, forecasts demand for each product, sets a reorder point from your supplier's lead time and a safety cushion, and turns the result into draft purchase orders grouped by supplier.
Is Replinish a replacement for Stocky?
Replinish provides demand forecasting and reorder quantities for merchants leaving Stocky. Shopify's published Stocky retirement date was August 31, 2026. Replinish uses Shopify sales history and supplier lead times to suggest your next order. Its public App Store listing is awaiting approval. You can join the launch list to receive the install link.
How does the forecasting work?
Replinish measures each product's recent sales rate from your Shopify order history, weighting recent weeks more heavily than older ones, and divides your current stock by that rate to get days of cover. The reorder point is the demand expected across your supplier's lead time plus a safety stock cushion sized to how unpredictable that product is. Every input is shown on the product page and every one of them can be overridden.
Will Replinish change anything in my Shopify store?
No. Replinish reads your products, inventory levels, and orders through Shopify's official Admin API and never edits them. Purchase orders, suppliers, and forecasts live inside Replinish, so nothing it does can alter your catalogue or your stock counts.
Can I bring my Stocky data across?
Yes. Export your Stocky products and purchase orders as CSV and import them into Replinish, where they are matched to your Shopify catalogue by SKU. Suppliers, costs, lead times, and past purchase orders come across. Anything that doesn't match a SKU is skipped and counted so you can see what happened, and nothing is pushed back to Shopify.
Does Replinish work with multiple locations?
Yes, on the Swell plan. Each location is forecast separately using its own stock and its own sales, and gets its own reorder recommendations and purchase orders. The Flow plan covers a single location.
What does Replinish cost?
Replinish has two plans: Flow at $29 a month for a single location and up to 500 products, and Swell at $79 a month for unlimited products, multiple locations, and reporting. Both start with a 14-day free trial, billing runs through Shopify, and there is no annual contract.
What if my store is brand new, or seasonal?
The operations side works from day one: suppliers, costs, lead times, purchase orders, and manual thresholds. Forecasting switches on for each product once there is enough sales history to be honest about it, and until then Replinish says so plainly rather than inventing a number.
